The quality management is for Bibielle the core of the industrial activities. It starts with the selection of the finest raw materials and utilities and consequently the implementation of a rigid registration of the settings of the equipments during each individual lot production. During the fiber or yarn production the material is tested and registered in our laboratory on critical values like Elongation, Tenacity, Maximum Force, and Elasticity. Even so the crimp values like frequency, length and amplitude are monitored registered. All this, allows Bibielle Fiber to have the certificates of analysis available related to each individual production position which is then linked to the bales and pallets to be shipped via a unique code of identification.
